The late payment process is activated if the charge on your card was not successful by 1am on the day of your debit:
- You will then receive a link via email to make payment manually
- You may receive payment reminder popups/ emails and legal notices since we are not a credit provider and our model cannot accommodate late payment
- Note that we do not charge your account; we charge your card - please ensure that your online purchase limits are increased/ that your virtual card is active
- You will be listed for the value of the Subscription and asset and not just the outstanding monthly fee
NB: Once payment is made the system may take 2- 3 hours to deactivate the legal process and reactivate your device. We appreciate your patience in this regard
