A late payment happens when your card is not successfully charged on the date your subscription is scheduled to be debited.
If you do miss a payment, don't worry! Here are a few simple steps to get back on track:
- Log in to your account on the Rentoza website.
- Navigate to the "Manage Account" section, and click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Select the subscription with the outstanding payment.
- Click the "Pay Now" button to settle the balance and bring your account up to date.
Once payment is made, it may take two to three (2-3) hours for the system to process your payment, deactivate any legal actions, and reactivate your device.
Why Staying up to Date Matters
It's important to make sure your payments are up to date to avoid problems with your subscription. Missed payments may result in:
- Reminder popups on mobile device
- You mobile device being locked
- Potential legal notices
If we need to pursue legal action to recover the payment, you may be liable for the full value of the subscription and asset, not just the outstanding monthly fee.
