Come rain or shine, we will Deliver!
We are an e-commerce business and our customers shop on our online store:
Place your order -> Subscribe and Checkout - > Complete Verification -> Await your Approval email -> check your Estimated Time of Arrival on the website's product page
This is our delivery process:
- Once you receive an email confirming your application has been approved, you check your ETA on the website
- We will update you on the progress of your order weekly
- Once ready for delivery, we will send you your waybill number; if you have not received your waybill number, your order is not yet ready for delivery. You will not be expected to make any further monthly sub payments until you receive your order.
- Once you receive your waybill number, your tracking will update within 3- 5 business day depending on the size of the item (NB: couriers do not work on weekends)
- If your order is fulfilled on a Friday after 11am, the carrier will only collect the item the next Monday/ Tuesday
Your order will be delivered around the estimated time. Stock changes by the hour and we deliver based on a first-in-first-out basis
Should there be any delay in your ETA we will update you and you will not be expected to pay your monthly Sub fee for your undelivered item until it is delivered.
If you are unable to hang in there while we work to get your order to you, we will accommodate you with a stellar alternative item or a cancellation and refund.
