What is the Delivery Process?

At Rentoza, we've built our deliveries to be as seamless and easy for you as possible. Come rain or shine, we deliver!

IMPORTANT: Once you've paid your first month's subscription, you won't have to make any further monthly sub payments until you receive your order. We'll only ever charge you for the time you have the device, not while it's stuck in transit.

Here's what you need to know to keep your stress levels low and the subscriptions flowing:

The delivery process doesn't start when you first apply for a subscription – it starts once you're verified. The delivery times on the product page take this into account, so it's a good idea to build a few days extra into your personal time budget for delivery.

1. Once verified, you'll receive an email confirming your application has been approved.
   
2. We'll update you on the progress of your delivery every week. Estimated times are subject to change based on logistics turnaround times – if our suppliers are having trouble getting things to us, it might take an extra day or two to get your product, but we'll always let you know when that happens (promise).
   
3. Once ready for delivery, we'll send you a waybill number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery. If you haven't received your waybill number, your order is not yet ready for delivery (but remember, you'll still get weekly updates).
4. Once you receive your waybill number, your tracking will update within three to five (3-5) business days (because couriers don't work weekends).
   
5. If your order is fulfilled on a Friday after 11am, the carrier will only collect the item the next at the beginning of the next week.

If your needs are a little more urgent and you can't hang in there while we work to get your order to you, we'll accommodate you with a stellar alternative or a cancellation and refund.

And, as a last reminder, should there be any delay in your delivery, we'll update you. You will not be expected to pay your monthly subscription fee for your item until it is delivered.
