At Rentoza, we've built our deliveries to be as smooth and easy for you as possible. But there are still a few things that are worth keeping in mind.
First, a big one: You pay your first month's subscription up front, but you won't need to pay a cent more until your order is delivered. You only pay if you've got your product in your hands.
Here's what happens next:
- The delivery process doesn't start when you first apply for a subscription – it only kicks off after you've been successfully verified. That's why we encourage you to get your verification done quickly!
- If you're successfully verified, you'll get an email confirming that your application has been approved. You'll also get a subscription agreement, that you'll need to sign and send back to us.
- Once your order's ready for delivery, we'll send you a waybill number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery. If you haven't received your waybill number, your order is not yet ready for delivery (but we'll let you know if there are any problems).
- Your waybill number will allow you to track your order; it should be delivered within three to five working days (3-5).
