Getting declined isn't the end; it means that you don't currently meet our minimum requirements, or that you didn't submit the correct documentation.
If you're a new customer or your existing subscriptions are paid, we thank you for coming and will process a full refund and cancellation within three to five (3-5) working days. Your funds should reflect in your account as per bank turnaround times
If you'd still like a subscription, you're free to try again in three to six (3-6) months, if your financial position has improved, or for a lower cost item.
A reminder that with each and every order placed, you need to complete the full verification process.
Note: If you're an existing customer, please note that your funds will be held should you place a new order, but are behind in payments.
