Great! Once you decide to upgrade your current item, Go to your Account -> Click the Subscription number you would like to upgrade -> Request Upgrade -> follow the steps. We will handle the process on our side. We will process the upgrade and send you the invoice for the first subscription payment. It's important to note that you will need to complete the verification process again for the new device.

When returning the previous device, please ensure that all accessories that came with it are included in the box. Additionally, remember to remove any passwords (such as iCloud, Google Accounts, Samsung Account, device passwords, etc.) by factory resetting the device. Failure to unlock the collected device may result in a fee.

There are no fees or charges for upgrading or downgrading; you only pay for the new subscription.

You will receive two-waybill numbers: one for the delivery of the new device and another for the collection of the previous device. Please note that these may be handled by separate couriers unless advised otherwise.
