Your account is not misbehaving. Mostly this is just a precaution. It could just be that we paused your Subscription to avoid premature debits when you haven’t yet received your order or when you have moved your debit date.
The account will show terminated when your Sub is complete, canceled or the device is returned. If an active Sub shows terminated, don't worry, we will still charge you on your payment date.
Your order may also show cancelled when your application has been declined. Check your email for communication from us.
