Where is my Refund?

Please be advised that refunds take 3 - 5 business days to process from our side and funds will reflect as per Financial institutions' turnaround times.

• We refund your funds back to the card you used to pay at checkout.
• You will receive an email/ sms notification once your refund has been processed from our side

If you already received a notification of Refund and still have not received your funds after 14 working days, please contact your Bank directly to query the Refund as well
