Without Verification your application will not qualify for delivery. To ensure a smooth experience, each and every order requires the completion of our Verifications process ON THE PORTAL which entails only the customer who placed the order to:
- Verify your Identity using a valid ID book/card/license/SA passport (if your ID is expired or you use a copy of your ID you will fail the Verification and your application will be rejected)
If you are married and your surname has not yet changed on your ID documents please submit your marriage certificate - Verify your addresses by uploading a valid Proof Of Address onto the portal that matches your shipping address and is not older than 3 months. Click on "Valid" to see what types of POA's we accept
- Verify your Bank account using the account in which you receive your salary/wages and that is in your name only.
- A 3-month bank statement verified on our portal is one of the minimum requirements to apply with us
- Complete your Subscription agreement with valid Employer contact details and next-of-kin details that we will verify before approving your order
- Verify your Employment by attaching your payslip/ contract
- For TV orders you need a TV license in your name or address
- If you are an existing customer, ordering more than one cellphone/ laptop/ wearable, please email us second-user documents:
- A photo of the second-user's ID book/card
- A selfie photo of the second-user holding their ID book/card
- Their contact details
- Please note that there are limits to the items you can take (Click on Limit to items a customer can take)
- Any incorrect submissions, submission of another person's documents or submission of fraudulent documents will result in an instant rejection of your application.
