How Do I Apply for a Subscription?

We get it, product subscriptions seem... complicated. But applying's easy!

Here are the steps:

1. Visit our site (or download the app, it's great) to find your perfect product match.
2. Once you've found the product you want, select the subscription term you'd like, which determines the price you pay each month. 
3. Click Subscribe Now and then select 'Checkout'. You'll need to create an account, or just log in if you've done that already.
4. Pay your first month's subscription – don't worry, if you don't get approved you'll be fully refunded.
5. Complete our non-credit verification process (that means we look at your financial behaviour, not your credit score). During this process, you'll be required to submit your proof of address, 3-month bank statement, and ID document. 

Once you're done, and we've confirmed your documents are correct, we'll let you know if your subscription has been approved or declined within 24-48 hours.
