Updating your debit rate is easy. However, an upfront admin fee of R300.00 is required to change your debit date, as per the terms signed in your agreement.
Please note:
- Debit dates can only be changed once per month.
- You will still need to pay your subscription for the current month as access is provided on a month-to-month basis.
You can update your debit date directly through your customer account. To update your debit date, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at www.rentoza.co.za.
- Navigate to the "Manage Account" section.
- Select the "Change Debit Date" option.
- Follow the prompts to select your new date and process the admin fee payment.
