Want to make sure your subscription's running smoothly? Here’s how you guarantee your payments go off without a hitch, and even pay in advance:

Regular Payments

Your subscription payment is charged directly to your card each month on the same date you placed your order. We run recurring debit transactions – not traditional debit orders. This means:

• Late payment may result in failed transaction fees from your bank
• It’s essential to make sure your card is ready for the charge each month

For a Smooth Payment Experience

1. Check Your Card Details

   • Make sure your card transaction limits are set to accommodate your subscription amount
   • Check you have enough money available on your card

2. Payment Links

   • If you receive a payment link but don’t use it before it expires, don’t worry – you can submit a request for a new one if your link has expired

Paying in Advance

Want to get ahead of the game? Here's how to pay your subscription in advance:

1. Customer Account
   • Find the subscription you want to pay in advance for in the Subscriptions section of your account
   • An option to pay in advance will be available, if your account is up to date with no outstanding payments
2. Submit a Request
   • You can also submit a request, letting us know how many months in advance you wish to pay – we'll charge the amount on your card, or send you a link to make payment manually

Taking these steps ensures your subscription remains active, and you avoid any interruptions or additional fees.
