If you miss a payment, we'll continue making attempts to charge your card after the first failed attempt. You can also solve the issue by:
- Log in to your Customer Account on the Rentoza website
- Navigate to the "Manage Account" section
- Select the subscription with the missed payment
- Clicking "Pay Now" to bring your account up to date
What Happens if I Miss a Payment?
If you miss a payment, your device may be locked remotely until your payments are up to date. Continued failure to make payments may result in:
- Delayed unlocking of your device
- Repossession of the subscription product
If You’re Struggling to Pay
If you can no longer afford the payments for your subscription, you've got a few options:
- Downgrade your subscription: Switch to a more budget-friendly option – as with cancelling your subscription, there are no penalty fees for doing so.
- Cancel your subscription: You can cancel your subscription and return the device without any penalty fees. When you're back on your feet, you’re welcome to re-subscribe.
