If your subscription product arrives damaged, follow these steps:
1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY with photos of the damage.
2. Send us the device’s serial number or IMEI (found on the box).
3. Confirm a date (24 hours in advance) and your address, and we’ll arrange a courier to collect and replace your device.
Rentoza Protect Glossary
- Serial Number: Unique identifier on the back of most devices.
- IMEI: Like a serial number, but specific to mobile devices (phones/tablets). Found on the box or in settings.
- ITC: The number from your network provider when you blacklist your phone after theft/loss.
