If your product is lost, stolen, or damaged (including wear from heavy use) during your subscription, Rentoza Protect covers the replacement—provided your RPA is successful and you’ve paid the RPF.
To apply, email us at care@rentoza.co.za with details of the incident. We’ll send you the application form and explain what documents we need.
If the product can't be repaired or replaced (due to being outdated or out of stock), we’ll offer a similar device in terms of specifications and/or model.
